FORMS & APPLICATIONS
Camper, Peer Model, and Volunteer Applications are accepted year-round but encouraged to be submitted by the listed dates.
We are SO delighted that you are interested in joining us this year and we truly look forward to receiving your application! Each year, Camper, Peer Model Camper, and Volunteer Applications are released on January 2nd. Please click on the links below to be taken to our online registration system.
Should you need a paper application due to limited access to online or to a computer, or should you need any support with the online application, please contact us at 816.830.7171 or info@campencourage.org.
Note: It is recommended you submit your application at your earliest convenience. Slots will be filled and funding will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Unlike in years past, a lottery will very likely not be held in 2026.

Once accepted to attend, be sure to upload your camper's photo and submit your child's IEP and/or BIP by email to agorrow@campencourage.org (only if requested or if you feel it would be valuable). This is exactly three weeks prior to the start of the camp session.
